Handling

All prices are processed in Australian Dollars, please allow for currency conversion on foreign currencies.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed (orders that are placed on a weekend are processed the following business day). Orders will be dispatched during business hours, Monday to Friday.

*We cannot ship to PO Boxes because packages need to be signed for on delivery.

*Orders placed from International banking services will be administered through fraud verification, which can delay the delivery of your order.

*Please note The Label Australia partners with multiple brands, some items can be shipped by our partners and sent from various warehouses within Australia.

Domestic – Australia

Standard - $10 (2-5 business days)

Express - $15 (1-2 business days)

*Orders over $200 have free shipping

*Please consider processing days also. 

International

Standard - $15 (5-10* business days)

Express - $35 (1-3* business days)

International Duty & Tax

The Label Australia is not responsible for import taxes or duties on international orders. Delivery can be delayed due to circumstances out of our control.

Returns & Exchange

The Label Australia reserves the right to administer refunds at their discretion in regards to each situation individually. Refunds will not be administered due to change of mind on orders.

We are more then happy to exchange items for other sizes if you are not satisfied with the fit. Please contact the team within 14 business days of receiving the order in regards to returns & exchanges.

Please meet the following criteria in regards to exchanging items:

  • Items must be in their original condition
  • Items must not have been soiled, worn, washed, altered or damaged
  • All items labels, tag, and liners must not have been removed

Returns and exchanges will be processed within 1-2 business days from delivery back to the warehouse.

*Please note that The Label Australia is not responsible for return shipping cost for change of mind or size. The Label Australia will cover the replacement shipping costs.

*All return and exchange shipping costs are taken into consideration on an individual basis and at the discretion of The Label Australia. 

Damages 

The Label Australia holds a NO Warranty policy. The Label Australia is not held responsible for any damages occurred once labels; tag and liners have been removed.

The Label Australia holds a strict NO refund or exchange on sales items. Please choose carefully.

Credit Notes

As soon as your return is processed we will email you a credit note for instore purchases, the credit note will have a 6month expire.
